Well, they took a while to arrive a little late than in previous years BUT what is a season so far!
TUNA-A-PLENTY Longfin Tuna 12 to 20+ KGS, Yellowfin Tuna 30 to 90 kgs and lots of Big Eye Tuna in between.
We have been out on all good weather days entertaining clients from east to west and north to south.
We had a great Tuckers Tackle Tuna Derby taking 3rd overall on Extravagence and top junior on one of our Team Boats again thanks to Tuckers Tackle our only Tackle supplier.
So, if its TUNA you’re after look no further get those bookings in as our order book is pretty full remembering, the weather always has the final say.
On the Inshore Game Fishing side mixed fortunes with some SNOEK and YELLOWTAIL down towards Cape Point, Not much to shout about down towards Robben Island other than Cape Bream but a better option to do the Current line 200m contour for just about anything.
Unfortunately, still no crayfish dates again due to our incompetent department and really not sure what or if we will get one BUT they have increased our TAC.
Our Pelagic Birding trips have had a fantastic year with one more trip left (7/8th December) with a FULL order book for next year thanks to Trevor of ZEST for BIRDS.
This will probably be the last update till next year so all the best with Christmas, have a fantastic New Year and we will see you on the other side!
