ITS TUNA TIME!
It’s been a late and slow start to our traditional TUNA SEASON BUT they are finally here.
We have managed to JAM a few YELLOWS and several LONGFINS, it’s a start I’m sure once the weather settles and the water blues up those BIG ones will make an appearance.
The weather has been so UP and DOWN wreaking havoc with our PELAGIC BIRDING CHARTERS but has allowed us to continue with the INSHORE GAME FISHING CHARTERS targeting ATLANTIC BONITO, YELLOWTAIL, and the odd SNOEK.
We had a very informative PELAGIC BIRDING talk by our guide TREVOR which was well attended by several of both COMMERCAIL and RECREASTIONAL ANGLERS.
So, looking ahead towards NOVEMBER /DECEMBER our very own TUCKERS TACKLE TUNA DERBY hosted by ABC, the TUNA season will improve, our INSHORE GAME FISHING makes for a nice HALF DAY experience, our PELAGIC TRIPS will continue weather permitting and hopefully we will get a ROCK LOBSTER SEASON??
