HOOKED ON AFRICA FISHING CHARTERS is currently seeking a young, energetic, reliable, and passionate individual for the upcoming season to assist as Deck Hand. Ideal candidates should have strong sea legs, a genuine fondness for the ocean, and a dedicated work ethic (no sporadic work patterns). The ability to handle high-pressure situations is crucial, as is reliable transportation due to early starts and late finishes. We prefer candidates who are local or in close proximity to the area and have no history of substance abuse-related concerns. While a beer-friendly attitude is appreciated, excessive individuals need not apply.
Compensation will be provided on a per working day basis, once satisfactory training is completed according to our standards or as directed by our team.
